Polarity Therapy teaches one about the energy patterns in the physical, emotional and mental bodies. Polarity has helped me gain knowledge of the wonderful gift that this human body contains within it. The gift of love and life. Feeling the life-force within.
Sensing it surging thru the body in a balanced way. The ability to sense when the energy is not flowing thru the body in an unbalanced way. All the energy patterns that Dr. Stone presented are really able to be felt in the physical which ultimately leads one to the Spiritual. To understand these energies helps one to gain some self-realization of how to tend to the human body and its emotional and mental bodies.
To be able to practice polarity and live the teachings on a daily basis is a privilege and saved my life so many years ago. It is a study that can lead you into the depths of the human heart and mind and begin to take steps to go beyond this mortal existence into an immortal existence.
